Allocating aircraft for longer durations of operation with dynamic crew changes poses a significant challenge. Tracking aircraft and crew availability can be complex, but our solution simplifies this process by allowing you to efficiently track all aircraft and crew availability and assign them to trips for extended periods.
The assignments also include tracking aircraft under maintenance or nearing the completion of maintenance. For example, imagine planning a trip for an operation set to start next month., our solution also suggests aircraft that are nearing the end of their maintenance period and will be ready to fly by the time of the assignment. It provides a clear indication that the aircraft is currently under maintenance but will be available by a tentative date, allowing planners to use it if necessary. These types of suggestions are crucial for effective planning.
Aircraft assignment:- Allocate aircrafts to trips with the interactive assignment interface that displays existing flights plus upcoming maintenance. Assigemnts can also be customized based on AI Integration Allocate crew to trips efficiently, with the ability to differentiate between crews operating independently or from a base of operations, which is particularly useful for specialty operators

Roster Management

Roster Groups:- Roster groups allow organizations to group employees who share similar work schedules or responsibilities. This functionality is typically used to manage teams that might need to be deployed together or operate under a shared roster. By grouping employees, the management of operations becomes more streamlined, ensuring that teams can work effectively and cohesively.
Shift Definitions:- The core of roster management involves defining shifts and duties. Shift definitions include assigning specific work hours and allocating required breaks between work periods. Shift Patterns:- Shift patterns represent predefined schedules that can be applied across an employee or group. EFB Solutions
An Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) is a tool that assists pilots in managing engine operations, logging operational statuses, and recording actual flight data. EFB plays a critical role for pilots and aircrew by reducing paper usage, from checklists to journey log recording. Vyomm ensures that pilots receive only the necessary tools and information on their EFB screens. Whether you are part of a full-fledged fleet operator or an individual pilot embarking on daring missions, our tailor-made EFB application saves time and handles everything for you.
Route Planning:- There are times when pilots take control of their own route planning. During such instances, they need an efficient tool that not only assists in planning but also optimizes the route based on fuel capacity and refueling options at destination airports. At Vyomm, we ensure these needs are addressed. The pilot inputs the planned locations, and our AI-powered engine optimizes the route, providing recommendations on fuel requirements and where to refuel.
Journey Logs:- Capture real-time journey data and record it anytime, anywhere, without worrying about data corruption or device failure. We back up your data seamlessly. If you’re on a long journey and your duty hours are ending, no worries! Simply transfer the journey information to the next pilot using AirDrop, and continue the journey without a hitch. Our technology solution enables easy transfer of journey information between devices or to another VEFB (Vyomm EFB).
Offline Operation:- For pilots undertaking adventurous tasks in remote locations, VEFB allows you to record all necessary data offline. Once network connectivity is restored, the data is automatically synced. Rest assured that your data is safe and backed up, even during offline operations.
Duty Limitations
Maintain and track pilot’s duty limitations based on actual data captured from the EFB, which is used to monitor activities. Our solution ensures that a pilot can log in and perform a trip only if their assigned duty limitations are cleared. If the pilot does not meet the duty limitation rules set by the organization, they will be restricted from performing the flight. This includes tracking the maximum flight hours a pilot is allowed to engage in, the minimum flight time required for specific assignments, and the necessary rest hours. All these parameters are monitored, ensuring that the pilot either qualifies for the flight or is restricted from performing it.
Risk Assessment:- According to regulations, pilots are required to undergo a mandatory risk assessment, with their scores evaluated before the flight. We offer customizable risk assessment and qualification tools within our VEFB. These tools allow pilots to complete pre-flight risk assessments, and the scores are displayed to the pilot and recorded for the admin in the web application.
Regarding the metrics used to calculate scores based on pilots’ responses, the admin can define these within our application. The admin can set the questions, select the type of answers, and assign specific scores to each answer. The cumulative score is then calculated, and the admin can define preset ranges for good, mitigable, and bad outcomes.
